The issue with the music is that ESA could not licence the really cool BOC stuff for budgetary reasons.

Well, Boards of Canada would have been great and I agree that licensing their stuff of course isn't cheap (although I also doubt it is expensive), but … using creative commons music would have been a great alternative for an intergovermental (and non-profit) organisation like ESA. To be discussed …
