Space exploration is a major global issue and Europe wants to be in the driving seat. It therefore needs to develop a global vision and a strategic action plan.

Rio de Janeiro, unfortunately the economic crisis is strong. Neither NASA nor the ESA. Just to go to Mars would be more U1 travel preparation only trillion. Not to mention that would want to built spacecraft on the moon. Moonbase one U280 billion. Neither my grandchildren.
