For those confused, he is making a classic slime using borax solution as an activating agent. Lots of instructions online, it looks like he went heavy on activator to give it that consistency.

1-2 tablespoons of borax detergent add to as much Elmers glue u want and add same amount of water to the glue "50/50 solution " perhaps some food coloring or dye to make it a lil more fun have at it bruh
