Pour hot water into a container of liquid nitrogen and you get an amazing cloud… and a few screams. This is the preparation that went into presenting this science demonstration on the Ellen DeGeneres Show in September 2008.

    This sentence doesn't even make sense. There is no such thing as too much liquid nitrogen. 🙂
