  1. I would like to know if your team has ever consulted Theodore Dodge for the subject of discussing Hannibal, being as every Hannibal historian on earth acknowledges him as the world greatest authority of Hannibal…along with Caesar and Alexander.

  2. The romans were no joke here. You can see their strategy is solid. Rome was in its prime here, expanding their empire, hungry for glory and power. The romans are no darius of persia, not even close. Thats how good Hannibal is. He had such self mastery over himself and his enemies, he knew what to do, what to make them do, and how to do it. Hiding flanks miles away is unprecedented at this time. Shows how much of a master hannibal was of his enviorment and all life in it.

  3. The Roman army had solid tactics in this fight. They collapsed the center, and killed the elephants. The Trump card was the hidden flank which was an unprecedented move. I wonder how that flank was signalled at the right time. So far Hannibal is more impressive than Alexander the great.
