Hey NASA to explore planets and moons with water like Europa what if you send up drills to dig through the ice, then send up a space ship to Europa and landed it in the water, therefore having an interplanetary space boat/submarine laboratory/base? Would that work or nah?
I believe that you can do bigger things
No you don't the quickest way to Mars is not from the moon to Mars it's from Earth to Mars stop bullshiting people NASA
