Does that mean you are finished launching galileo satelites?
Meter range is impressive, but it took ages to pull this project off. How does it work? How do I recognize that I'm using Galileo? Does my phone accept Galileo by default? Can I upgrade it or do I have to get a new phone? What apps/services are set up with this system?

So, if I'm in Europe, does my phone us the Galileo system instead of GPS or does it use both at the same time anywhere in the world?

All good untill you mix it with smart phones which as of the 90 only use cell phone triangulation tecnology to an accuracy of 50 to 100m
