Jan. 31, 2018 Super Blue Blood Moon and Lunar Eclipse
January 31 brings a lunar trifecta: the super blue blood Moon! Starting at 5:30 a.m. Eastern, NASA TV will offer a livestream of the Moon. This full moon is the third in a series of “supermoons,” when the Moon is closer to Earth in its orbit — known as perigee — and about 14 percent brighter than usual. It’s the second full moon of the month, commonly known as a “blue moon.” The super blue moon will pass through Earth’s shadow to give viewers in the right location a total lunar eclipse. While the Moon is in the Earth’s shadow it will take on a reddish tint, known as a “blood moon.” More: https://www.nasa.gov/feature/super-blue-blood-moon-coming-jan-31

We saw this in Philippines, too
i tell u what happend in korea as i'm korean. today i asked to many friends of mine " r u going to watch todays upcoming eclise' and most of them answered back at me like " is that important?", "do we need to watch that on freezing weather with spending precious time", "u r so naive enough to waste time on such thing as universe show" " how old r u ? r u not fully grown up ? ur age is way past giving attention on nature stuff. " " wake up stuff as universe show means nothing to us. we live on earth but we don't have to realize it in personal life" they treat me as weird person because i kept trying to bring other ppl in stuff which they don't think important
