While many magicians rely on the arts of deception or slight of hand to baffle their audience, we like to use principles of science to achieve the same effect. With the Pendulum Stop trick, you’ll use the sympathetic motion of two pendulums to make your friends think they’ve developed telekinetic powers… or are a Jedi… we’ll leave that part up to them. All you need are some household items and you’ll be fooling people in no time at all!

  1. i have 1000000000 canisters ind im 11 found them

  2. so the film canisters don't blow up in your face

  3. Well in the title you do say its magic, so its clearly the work of a wizard and his pet demon!

  4. the only reason that the other one is swinging, is it is transferring the energy from the moving one to the one that is still, this is basically like the newtons cradle but more cool!

  5. It's a kinetic energy resonant transformer!

  6. then come many more

  7. does It keep on going forever
    ( please reply ) thx

  8. Nope, that would make it a perpetuum mobile. It slows down just like a normal pendulum.

  9. Because whichever pendulum you put into motion it will stay in motion until the energy transfers to the other pendulum

  10. No it doesen't work

  11. My hypothesis is it doesn't work because they have to be the same level in order for it to work

  12. No, the wave frequency will not match.
