  1. Water is made up of 2 hydrogen and 1 oxygen, aka H2o. The hydrogen are attracted to the oxygen and vise versa, so, the opposite cling. Water wants as if a living thing to have a group attached to it at all times, almost as of they are scared to be alone. They do almost anything to try to stay together, and this bind also creates surface tension.

  2. I just think that when he drags his finger left and right so a little water get pushed towards the others so they connect and when he goes down it drags the water down seperatly because his finger doesnt touch it near each other
