NASA Astronauts Arrive at the International Space Station on SpaceX Spacecraft
After a successful launch into orbit yesterday, SpaceX’s Dragon Endeavour spacecraft is en route to dock with the International Space Station. Watch as astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley join the crew aboard our orbiting laboratory:
Why does it take a day to get to the ISS if they only have to burn for several minutes and LEO is about 260 miles up?
If this is the "first time ever" that Americans entered the ISS from a commercially built spacecraft, then… what are Boeing and Rockwell?
Seeing the launch was a beautiful experience❤
Rip to everyone who couldn't live to see this 💔 in 2020.
This is so inspiring for me, because I’ve always wanted to be an astronaut. All the hard work, studying, and training that goes into this is amazing. I’m very thankful that NASA is able to share this amazing experience and knowledge with the world.
WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THE FACT THAT DOUG HURLEY SMASHED HIS HEAD AND GOT HURT!!!!
That's amazing they can autonomously dock now and how accurate it is, imagine when we get real Spaceships though there will be SOME AI involved but you'll still have to fly and dock it manually just like driving Teslas, i bet it's weird for them not having to enter so many commands as before to manually adjust the trajectory to get it to dock.
Didn't miss a single second of this! ❤❤❤
