My favorite in all this is the French count who sneaked into Henry V's camp and stole king's beddings and the spare crown.
Henry already took an arrow to the face and lived the pain he suffered in his youth made him a leader of tempered steel

English quality vs French quantity
People often underestimate morale and how a good general or king can make or break the entire battle based nigh solely on how charismatic he is or how well he rallies the men. This is a major reason Alexander won so many battles. His men genuinely respected him and had faith in him. Thus they stood and fought far longer than they otherwise would’ve. Resulting in victory where there would’ve been defeat.
