🚩 I’m very pleased to have worked with Dr. Byron Waldron on this project. His research and incredible insight into the Crisis of the Third Century made this series possible. The Crisis of the Third Century was one of the darkest periods in Roman history. By 270 AD the empire had practically disintegrated, but emperor Aurelian managed to string an unprecedented series of military victories to restore the Roman Empire. Dr.Waldron will be releasing a book later this year (2021), titled: “Dynastic Politics in the Age of Diocletian, AD 284-311”, so make sure to keep an eye on that.

🚩 This mini-series would not have been possible without the excellent research by Dr. Byron Waldron of University of Sydney. He is an expert on the Crisis of the Third Century and will be releasing a book later this year (2021), titled: "Dynastic Politics in the Age of Diocletian, AD 284-311", so make sure to keep an eye on that.

  2. Rome had a many list of restorer Emperor, Emperor Majorian also like Aurelian restored the Western Roman Empire with just a mercenary army and a handful of Roman Army, but was betrayed by his general.
